Figaros Fish And Chips

I had a home delivery from here a month ago. Vegan pizza and chips. It was great. This time I decided to pop in to place order. It took some time for my order to be ready. About 30 mins I reckon. This is ok. I'm patient. Sadly I noticed my fritters being dipped in the same batter as fish and then fried in the same oil as fish. So whilst having vegan options on my doorstep is great I reckon more attention to detail is needed. The pizza was great, as where the chips which were fried separately. Sadly my fritters went in the bin. This might not be a big problem to some people but I cannot see how that is vegan. Had dinner from Figaros tonight, everything was perfect! Service with a smile from the very friendly staff! Food was lovely, chips were cooked to perfection, delighted with everything.... ... Probably the best chippy food I've had in a long long time! Definitely be back for more.. 5*service 5*food... ?

I think it’s a good chip shop but SO sad and disappointed to see that they’ve changed the vegan sausages to a different type or brand after finding someone fairly local to me offering this option. I could only eat one of them. ???? Loved the ones you used to use. Please change them back.

Came in earlier this evening with my friend for a gluten free fish supper, 2 smoked sausage and a steak pie supper, absolutely amazing, best gluten free fish supper I have had, excellent quality of food, great price and excellent customer service, will certainly visit again!! First visit to this chippy. Will be the last one. Chips were reheated and of ‘oven chip’ the sausages were disgusting enough to make the chips taste nice. My advice. Don’t bother Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10

I had a delicious vegan sausage supper that came with a large portion of 3 battered sausages and chips! The restaurant also offers options like tofish, haggis, and black pudding.

Just tried the shop for the first time since it was taken over, highly recommend ? fish and chips were lovely and fresh and sausage supper was good too!

vegan sausage sauce, huge portion with 3 broken sausages and chips! they also need fish, haggis and black pudding.

Worst fish and chips I have ever had I went back in and told them so waited 25 minutes as well won't be back ever.
