We came for lunch and were very dissatisfied. Since we work directly at the airport, we are even more disappointed. We had to wait about 35 minutes for the food after ordering, that's not OK! If there was at least a small appetizer, but no, nothing. I asked in advance whether the burrata with tomato could be chosen as the main course. It was confirmed to me. Sorry, but a burrata with 5-6 tiny diced tomatoes isn't even an appetizer! And I think it's outrageous to ask such a high price for it. We were there for a lunch. At first we weren't served for 20 minutes. After ordering, it took another 25 minutes for the food to arrive. Unfortunately the food was a complete disaster. The sauce on the salad was so sour that you couldn't eat it. The pizza was burnt and the toppings were still cold. I have never eaten such bad pizza, it was inedible. Really disgusting. The icing on the cake was that we were given bread that no one had ordered and they asked for 10.00 per basket. What a cheek. Never again.
The food was okay for the price. The employees were very unmotivated and looked at us stupidly the whole time. We had to wait 10-15 minutes before we could even order, the restaurant wasn't even full, only 3-5 tables were occupied. The person who served us wasn't sociable and didn't talk to us. I thanked him for the drink, no response. Motivate your employees better and only hire those who are responsible. It's unacceptable that the waiters are so unfriendly. Better staff!!!
Eating is an imposition. I don't know if today was an exception, let's hope so, let go of the soggy pizza over a carpaccio served with a salad dressing that was literally covered with mushrooms but the crowning glory is the Vitello tonnato. Fried capers, the tomato dip with an indefinable aftertaste on the tongue. I am reassured that the manager in charge worked at Gordon Ramey and of course knows a lot more about food than I do, as she told me this in pure German.

The breakfast buffet was varied, generous, fresh and well attended. It was nice that the music was barely audible. The chocolate bananas in the kids corner the mountain cheese are excellent. All employees are extremely attentive and helpful. Special mention goes to the omelet worker [Fritchelyn], she recognizes me even after a long absence and knows how I want my meal. And their omelettes are the best! Keep it up!
Friendly service but they seem a little overwhelmed during dinner peak hours. Food was ok. The shrimps looked better than it taste. Was a little too undercooked for my preference and it doesn't help that its not the freshest. But the cooked bits were well done and very sweet.
Highly recommend the tagliatelle, service very friendly and attentive, the food was served quickly and hit the spot. Will certainly try more dishes from the filini menu soon.
