Filo's Greek Taverna

We chose Filos to cater our 70-person wedding at the Smith Conference Center because it is a favorite dining spot for us (especially the gyros and Greco-Korean Kimchi Fries that helped us through our early work days). We ordered $1200 worth of food, including Moussaka, beet salad, pita, and kebabs. While they agreed to handle the set-up, we preferred to manage our own serving utensils. On the day of the reception, Filos delivered the food promptly. The delivery person looked around the reception hall and suggested we needed more food. First time here today. Incredible. I ordered two slices of plain pizza, slices were good sized. Lots of cheese. Perfect amount of sauce and crust was awesome. The incredible pizza however was matched by service. Everyone was pleasant and I got my slices as I sat down. When I went to bite one of the team members ran over and offered me utensils and napkins as well as parmesan, crushed pepper etc. when I went to leave they were on top of it. Ran over and cleaned the table as I was standing up. I don't go to Northampton often. But when I do I will be visiting again.

I will share my opinion of this place in an abstract way: the server asked how everything was today. My response was f g magical! The food is fresh, and absolutely delicious. We have never had a mediocre meal here, never mind a bad one. We usually get the gyro, but I have also had their pizza, fries bar, pastistio, moussaka and baklava. Can not recommend this place enough.

My spouse and I absolutely adore this restaurant. It is one of the top spots in Northampton for dining in, take-out, or delivery. I have never been disappointed with a meal here, the service is consistently friendly and speedy, and their pizzas, Greek platters, and fries are some of the best in town. Decor is kind of meh, seating is okay but traffic can be loud. The beet salad was good, the lamb platter was okay with the lamb being slightly overcooked and chewy, and didn't taste much like lamb. The chicken gyro came with french fries, which was very odd. Not a bad spot for lunch in a pinch but it's about as Greek as general tso's chicken is Chinese.

We just relocated here from Detroit and were so happy to find you. The food and service are absolutely phenomenal. We have a Greektown neighborhood in Detroit and you blow them out of the water, hands down. We regularly come up from Sturbridge, and it's worth the drive. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Every time we come to Northampton we come here, well almost everything. Great atmosphere, great food, and the TACO pizza is to die for.

Absolutely amazing food. The Greco kimchi fries are sooooooo good! And they have a very nice staff and the environment is so cute I love their decor
