I’ve never written negative feedback about a business before, sometimes people just have bad days and they need to be given a break, but after the the interaction I had with the business owner tonight it is clear this is not just a bad day. He’s just a bad man. My Mum witness the owner of Fioris yelling and screaming at a young female employee which she heard from around the corner, he then proceeded to fire her and slam the door on her because she dared to ask for her pay she was entitled to. The waitresses were short staffed and were doing an awesome job under the circumstances food was great but the manager was very strange. He was talking extremely loud at times it sounded like he was yelling at the customers he went around apologising to all the tables but walked straight past us and said nothing. One table walked out without ordering.
The owner of this restaurant should be replaced. Their behavior is irrational, dangerous, and completely unacceptable. They should not be allowed to continue operating any hospitality business.
