Had a fun date night at Fire Creek. It was the holiday season and they decorated the interior to look festive. The lighting was a good dark level that was perfect for a date night. Our server Gary was amazing, we would see him the next time. Always was at the top of things and gave us exactly the right time between visits. For the food we started with Fried Mozzarella, which was very tasteful and delicious. The cheese was perfectly melted inside and outside, sitting on the top of the seasoned Marinara sauce and covered with Parmesan cheese. It is not often found both exceptional service and food. But at Fire Creek you both get. We have dined as a couple, with a small group of friends and tonight as a group of 35. The venue was perfect for our kids wedding sample dinner. Beautifully decorated, they allowed us to introduce special mementos to establish themselves and even help us. Lori is one of the best servers. Attention and professional. No one in our party had a dry glass, each course quickly came out, food was not just delicious it was piping hot (kuddos to the chefs). We had a great party. You were very flexible and let us arrive an hour earlier, then introduce us a number of reservations. The waitress was very nice. We never sat long before she checked us. The food was good. Everyone was happy with what we ordered. The best thing is they never kicked us out. We could sit there for 2 hours and enjoy.

Very good dishes. Everything was perfectly cooked and quality ingredients. Fast service, but they won't hurry. Definitely worth it.

A classier atmosphere with great flavors, and a good wine list. The Mediterranean flatbread was amazing packed with flavors.
