We arrived at 2:45 PM, which is considered 'dinner' time. The dinner menu adds an extra $10 per person for everyone ordering the 'Fire Ice' bowl. There were signs on the tables instructing us to see the host for seating, but unfortunately, there was no host to be found! Two of our party ordered the chicken basket, while the other five of us opted for the specialty dishes. Each person gets to fill one bowl at a time and watch as the chef prepares it on the large circular hibachi grill in the center of the restaurant. Gratuity is included on the bill, which might explain the lackluster service. Nonetheless, the food was enjoyable, and the experience was memorable. I would recommend trying this...
This all-you-can-eat Mongolian BBQ is a blast! There are plenty of options, ranging from salads and noodles to vegetables and a variety of proteins. You'll find lots of steak and seafood selections. The lively cooks prepare your meal right in front of you, adding to the experience. The servers are friendly and attentive. I didn't try anything from the drink menu, but the overall experience was definitely worth the price.
The $23 lunch all u can eat was okay, but only the rice noodles out of the handful of noodle options did not have egg apparently! There were only a couple vegan sauces too. At least there was tofu and veggjes, but not the most exciting vegan options. Better labeling would be amazing too! Also on the grill there was some meat and butter from other people's stuff that spilled over onto our stuff.
It's a bit on the expensive side, but if you come hungry, you’ll definitely get your money’s worth. There are plenty of excellent options for the bowls, and it's entertaining to watch the chefs at work. During our visit, one chef was impressively flipping sauce bowls on his spatula and stacking them. I noticed a lot of people enjoying themselves. I’d say it’s well worth a visit.

Love the outdoor area by gondola ? the atmosphere there is perfect especially at night next to a fire pit drinks are always perfect service is quick the ppl are nice good place to go get lunch drinks
Kind of a zoo. Feels like going to a fast food place. Food is fresh but long lines to pick food, to have food cooked, then you do it all over again. Not especially clean.
This place freaks me out a little bc it's a self serve buffetI've never gotten sick but there's a ton of cross contamination possibilities.
Fire + Ice is Mongolian BBQ on steroids ! I always make a point of getting a fix when in TahoeWas just there and it always pleases.

Horrible experience and Fire & Ice last nightIt was a busy Labor Day weekend Sunday night.
Was served raw chicken. Multiple people from our group came away with food poisoning.
