Very good neapolitan style pizza tasty sauce, cheese and even the crust had a good char but not too crisp. Pasta was about average. Bruschetta was different served on a pizza crust but tasty as well. Service is fast and friendly. Parking is hard to find even on a weeknight had to walk a decent bit from the farthest end of a back lot. I visited this restaurant for the first time and absolutely loved it. My girlfriend has a gluten intolerance and she raved about the gluten-free pizza, saying it had the best crust she's ever had. We appreciate that they cater to dietary restrictions like gluten-free options.
The pizza was fantastic! The thin crust was great and the sauce was delicious. We also tried the meatball marinara pasta, although the sauce was a bit too sour for our taste, the meatballs were good. The service was good as well. We will definitely be returning!
Loved the food and our server was great.. The Mario and Luigi ovens are an awesome touch. Will definitely eat here again when we're in the area. And wish we had one to go to back
Fire Stone not only make great pizza, but the staff is extremely friendly. The really make you feel like your family. I wish more business provide this level of service.
