Reservations were managed to match the ambiance of the restaurant and the service staff was excellent in attending the needs of each table. from coffee service to removing plates without intrusiveness. We ate here for Easter Sunday Brunch. We started out with a server that seemed great and then his shift changed and we got a new waitress. She did not attend to our table at all! We had to track her down to get more water and soda and waited for 30 minutes to get her attention for our bill! Our champagne was never put in an ice bucket either. For the amount of money that we spent, I would have expected much better service. The manager seemed to be walking around but not once stopped at our table to see how our dining was. My husband and I stayed at the ART hotel because it's part of the Amex Fine Hotel collection, though I'm still trying to figure out how. Servers were friendly for the most part, though not always attentive to check back in. Eggs were cold and overcooked at breakfast. The breakfast was so ick, we almost gave away our in free dining credit from Amex. In the end, we had dinner there and it was as unforgettable as breakfast. Will not return to either the hotel or restaurant
Went to the Sunday Easter brunch buffet with my wife. The food was good for what was offered, however at $80 a person there was nothing on the buffet that justified that price. The service was poor. I had to wave the server down to get a refill on my juice, my wife was never offered a refill on her beverage, and our water was never refilled once. We also had to wait about twenty minutes to receive our check. Overall dissatisfied with our experience.

We had a wonderful time for our intimate Bachelorette party celebration. Drinks were excellent and the food was a perfect compliment to our vibe- hanging out and laughing. The patio is beautiful and it's a mature escape from Lodo and the other heavily trafficked places. Our waitstaff was awesome and attended to us promptly and in pleasant, helpful spirits. We'd love to go back again soon, and maybe stay at the hotel, which is really cool as well.
So, the food was pretty good. Crab legs and such were not available so I think for tge variety of food the cost should be $65 per person, not $80. There were no salt and pepper shakers at my table until the end of the meal. Since I was eating alone, I only saw my server once and I had to hunt them down for the check. The food quality was excellent. I’ll give them one more try.
The hotel was lively and the ambience was very nice the Easter brunch was $80 a person and there prime rib and an omelette bar but no chicken or fish entrees Very disappointed for me hose who don’t eat red meat and pay this much money
The food was tasty, but unfortunately they were out of the dishes we wanted. The servers were friendly and attentive, however, the food took an excessively long time to arrive at our table.

This place is amazing! I celebrated my 27th birthday here and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious too! I will definitely be returning in the future.
This restaurant is a lovely, cheerful spot for a midday meal. The portions are generous.
