Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Birmingham

We were hoping to impress my Son and his girlfriend. We eat there frequently and had built up how wonderful it was. It was a terrible experience. A waitress came to the table maybe three times. We never got our salads that we ordered. The entrées came out at different times even though they were all steaks cooked medium. When they brought the steaks I ask where our salads were and he offered to bring them. I explained we did not want to eat salad while our state got cold. It was very disappointing and embarrassing after we had told the children, and How wonderful Firebirds was. I understand there is a staff shortage and if the wait time had been an issue I would totally understand. The wait time wasn’t the issue the issue that the orders were put in incorrectly we did not receive our salads had to ask for bread twice are the issues. We paid for a meal that was the best subpar

Our experience was very beautiful. My husband and I celebrated his birthday along with our anniversary. There service was exceptional from the hosts to our waiter. The whole experience was unique in its own way. We will be visiting soon

Wonderful food and great and friendly service. Had multiple people waiting on us and everyone was super helpful and nice. Food was hot and fresh with not much wait
