Firehouse - Reserva de mesa

I made the mistake of coming in for the taco Tuesday deal. The waitstaff were nice, but clearly understaffed with two waitresses handling the dinner rush. The chicken taco was so dry it was like biting into sand and not to mention how chewy it was. Additionally, the nachos were covered in salt. I haven’t had such terrible experience like I did at the Firehouse. Starting off with a dead bee in one of the salads, the corn beef for the Rueben sandwich was so tough to chew with soggy bread that just fell apart, wings were over done, the cranberry chicken wrap was very over powering from to much goat cheese and cranberry yogurt (more yogurt then cranberry). Came in to watch extra minutes of World Cup. (Knew they would have it on. Ordered a sandwich. Not paying much attention (since I was watching the game took a bite and stopped. This was the freshest turkey reuben I had had in years! We don't often eat out, but when we do, I want it to be as good or better than what I can fix at home.This was definitely better! Highly recommend.

Girl who takes orders over the phone is kinda rude, and they now want you to give credit card over the phone, I guess people order then never pick up food (sounds like a disgruntled emplyee) they have encryption for credit cards, but evidently they have chose not to get them. The food was not that great in fact my med well pattymelt was charred, it had that burnt flavor. When paying I was asked if I wanted my change back, I said yes and waitress looked shocked. I was planning on leaving her the change anyway but I think it's rude for them to ask if I want my change.

Very disappointing. We ordered takeout; the garlic parmesan wings had no garlic parmesan flavoring on them and the side order of fries was completely missing. The boneless wings had a strange texture and no breading. At least the bone-in wings that actually had sauce on them were good.

Very much enjoyed my dinner with friends here. Comfortable atmosphere. Place was busy yet service was great. Prices were very reasonable for excellent food.
