I came in to grab a beer while I waited for someone arriving on the train. Since Del Cielo was closed, I decided to sit at the bar. I waited for 10 minutes, and not a single person acknowledged me, even though there were three girls behind the bar and about seven other customers. This is unacceptable service, especially since they all clearly saw me. One of the bartenders even picked up the credit card machine that was just two inches away from me without saying a word. To make matters worse, the older lady behind the bar finished serving a beer to someone else and then started chatting at the other end of the bar instead of attending to me. We saw the ratings before going and couldn't understand the disparity. We went on Father's Day for lunch and it wasn't too busy. The food was great! I had the spicy chicken sandwich and we ordered lobster truffle fries for the table. My son had the cheesesteak and loved it. It was packed with meat and cheese. Our service was great as well. They brought our drinks and the fries out fairly quickly with the meal following shortly. We never had to look for a server for anything and they checked on us regularly. I don't understand the bad reviews and I would be willing to go back for sure.
The chicken Caesar salad was a disappointment. It was overly drenched in dressing, making it feel more like soup than a salad. The chicken was sparse, with only a few small pieces. I was so frustrated that I couldn’t even finish it. My husband ordered the hamburger and enjoyed it, so I gave one star for that.
When we finally caught our server’s attention, she appeared annoyed, as if we were inconveniencing her. I tipped her $5, but honestly, she didn’t earn it. Since we live quite a distance from this restaurant, we won’t be making the trip again.
I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. The piña colada had a distinctive spicy milkshake flavor that I absolutely loved. They also serve an excellent margarita. We ordered nachos, potato skins, dry-rubbed wings, and lobster fries, and everything was exceptional! The service was outstanding too; the staff was incredibly friendly and committed.

I thought we would try a local place, everything started out good and then a large group came in. We waited 3 hours for our food after asking numerous times when it would be served. There were no apologies, just an excuse that there was a big group and we should understand. The good is good, but I will not be going back. Totally bad experience.
First time AMAZING! Had the lobster grilled cheese, wow! ? also, the side salad was VERY legit. I mean, for a side salad it had all the greens and was hearty considering. Husband had the lobster roll good, but having the cheese with mine , I though was better. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back soon!
New owner the place has been spiffed up a bit with more shades, gazebos and tables outside. The food we ordered was all very good, as was the service!
The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is excellent. I visited for lunch, but I have a feeling this is the perfect spot for a lively night out.
