Firehouse Subs - Reservar una mesa

I ordered a large steak and cheese to split with my friend, when I got the sandwhich I noticed the steak was ice cold like it hadn’t even been heated but only in the middle so I ate it anyways. Afterwards I tried to kindly let the staff behind the counter know that I didn’t want anything to make up for it because I had eaten my sandwhich anyways, but the meat was cold to the touch and almost icy, one female employee apologized while what I assume was the manager interjected and rudely told me my sandwhich wasn’t cold, and wasn’t icy. She said it multiple times, trying to argue with me as if she had eaten the sandwhich herself. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

I just want to give a shout out to firehouse in Oak Ridge. We had a very large order today and they sat our order on the shelf at the exact time it said it would be ready. Everything in the order was correct. Thank you so much great job.
