Firehouse Subs - Reservar una mesa

I ordered a large steak and cheese to split with my friend, when I got the sandwhich I noticed the steak was ice cold like it hadn’t even been heated but only in the middle so I ate it anyways. Afterwards I tried to kindly let the staff behind the counter know that I didn’t want anything to make up for it because I had eaten my sandwhich anyways, but the meat was cold to the touch and almost icy, one female employee apologized while what I assume was the manager interjected and rudely told me my sandwhich wasn’t cold, and wasn’t icy. She said it multiple times, trying to argue with me as if she had eaten the sandwhich herself. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

The service is nice, the employees are friendly, and the food is always good. I've been several times, and wanted to wait to post until I was certain I was able to be unbiased. Every time I have ordered something different, as did my girlfriend, and both of us tried a little of the other's food to be sure, and we both agreed that the food is crazy good. They are also very informative about the foods they make, if you have any questions about the menu, the staff always seem very willing to help.

the girl working the counter was so sweet, she made sure to ask me about the topping on the sandwich which i so loved; food was hot and tasted amazing

Just wanted a drink, got the new topical cherry limeade. So good
