Unfortunately, I don't think we will be returning to Firehouse subs. He did a carryout order for two medium subs and two children's. The two children's didn't have cheese, like the menu states. And the milk that was given with the children's meals had expired 2 weeks prior. I did call to let the restaurant know so they could take any other milk off the shelf. The subs themselves were a little bit lackluster in flavor, But we're okay for a quick meal. Just our opinion.
The cleanliness of the restaurant was only mediocre at best. The most disappointing part was when one of my sandwiches fell on the floor because the employee tore the bag. Despite spending nearly $50 on our order, she refused to replace it. When I called Firehouse customer service, they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Given how much I've spent at Firehouse this year, I have to say this was the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
Mediocre cleanliness at best, the worst part was the bag they put one of my to go sandwiches in ripped and the sandwich fell on the floor they wouldn't replace it when I spent almost $50 for our order when I called Firehouse customer service they saidthey can't do anything about it, with all the money I've spent at firehouse this year that's the worst customer service I'veexperienced in ages I won't be back to repeat it.
the owner was very rude for me because I didn't?talk fast enough? and yelled at me. I had to go and have my granddaughter job for me because I really wanted a sub and they gave me 1 piece of everything on my big sub. I am very concerned with this business and I encourage everyone to go jimmy john?s down the street, they were extra nice to me and even gave me a discount for my problems in the firehouse. I’ve had Firehouse subs 3 times (all from this location) and I have not been disappointed. The turkey they use is AMAZING and I wish I knew what brand it was, cause it’s my favorite turkey I think I’ve ever had. I’ve only gone in once and the 2 gentleman that served me were very friendly. I would recommended this chain over other certain chains.
The sandwiches here make me feel all types of ways. The the fully involved Italian is my all time favorite. The service is always fast and polite. Plus, you can order online and have it ready when you walk in. They also have the Free Style Coca-Cola machine so you can make some insane drink combinations that would be impossible otherwise.
First time there, it was really good! I had the 8 Italian on wheat and a cup of chili! The sub was really good and I'd order it again. The chili was okay, nothing special and gave me instant acid reflux after 2 bites but I'll probably eat the rest later.
The staff is very friendly and the food is great. Just be patient, as they tend to be busy even when there aren't many customers in the restaurant. They accept both online and phone orders, and it's definitely worth the wait. Reserva una mesa ahora
Quite disappointing. I've been a regular customer for over a year. The food and service are generally good, but there are consistent issues with the temperature of the macaroni.
