Person taking my order was very hard to understand, unless she was yelling for the guy in back. Wanted combo meals, but was never offered, their soda machine was non functional and the drink that they did have were few and the person taking my orderdidn't really want to let me know what all was there as the labels were all facing inward. The food was greasy and cold by thetime I got home, 5 min away. Have been to other locations with very good experiences, this location however seems to lack inevery way possible.
I have tried to eat at this location 3 separate times and each time they told me it would be over an hour wait. The final time I ordered online (as they suggested) and when I arrived to pick it up it wasn't ready. And there were no customers in the store. Just 4 employees standing behind the counter not making food. It is now 30min after the pick up time and still no food
3days in a row im dying for Cuban sub So so sooo good , Tender creamy and tasty so delicious at firehouse lancaster , So kucky they open in town , next im gonna try the chicken cajun one till they dont sell the cuban anymore which is i wish they always have it ?Katie is super fun and cheerful , i love the good vibe being arround her
Absolutely love this place….. workers are amazing…. It’s nice going into a place and see laughter and co workers getting along…. Service at first took awhile but just opened and everyone going there , so expected… my new favorite place…. Glad we got one in lancaster, we need more places like this

I drove from Circleville Ohio because feedback was that the subs were amazing. (Firehouse subs). I ordered 2 footlongs, one Italian and 1 hook and ladder. What I got upon opening was a soggy ground up mess that that looked like canned cat food. Nopickles, jalapeños or slices of anything.
I had a wonderful experience visiting this restaurant for the first time during lunch! Although the service, food, and wait time were a bit slow, it was understandable since there was only one person handling everything. Katie was fantastic, and I will definitely be coming back!
The staff was quite unfriendly. I'm not sure why I still hope for good customer service in today's world, but I do. The food, however, was exactly what I've come to expect from Firehouse Subs, which I appreciate.
Why is it sweet? We ordered an Italian and and a turkey. They were really sweet and soggy. Wasn't a good experience, couldn't eat more than 1 bite. Waste of money.

The side pickle was missing, but the sandwich and soup were fresh and delicious!
