I was disappointed during my visit tonight. I placed a call-in order at 8:30, and when I arrived, my total was $35. I handed the cashier a $100 bill, but he informed me that they cannot accept hundreds due to some counterfeit bills that had slipped through. I asked if they had a marker to test the bills, but he said no. Instead of going to Walmart to buy one of those $2 money markers, they simply refuse to accept $100 bills. Just a heads-up for Firehouse: counterfeit bills don't only come in the $100 denomination.
I recently tried a new sandwich at this restaurant and it was simply outstanding. I had sampled the same sandwich at another location before, but it couldn't compare to how delicious it was here. The staff were excellent; they answered all my questions about the menu from the app and provided clear explanations for everything.
The food at Firehouse Subs is delicious, fresh, and served quickly. I enjoyed the chicken bacon ranch medium sub on weizen bread, while my partner opted for the beef cheddar briquette medium on wheat. The wait was short, and the overall dining experience was fantastic. We’re really glad we chose to stop here for a quick bite.
Today, when I called Firehouse Subs, a man answered the phone and was very rude and disrespectful. He kept interrupting me and didn’t let me finish asking my questions. Make sure to get your receipt went in order 4 large subs all combos paid 57 dollars get home and they are not large sandwich and refuse to do anything even though we just left not even 15 minutes ago nothing has been eaten but because we didn't get thereceipt we only got half the food we paid for
So I tried a new sandwich (to me) from this location. Let me just say it was perfect. Tried the same sandwich at a diff location n it wasn't as good as the one I had here. Employees were great. Had questions abt the app part and wereknowledgeable to explain the whole thing to me.
