Went to grab a bite to eat since we were on this side of town. Person you front was very unprofessional and seemed high on the clock. Took a bit to get our food since their was only one person actually doing their job, while 5 others were just in the back giggling and making fun of the guy doing his job. The guy asked for help but they kept laughing at him. Very unprofessional, but props to the sandwich maker for sticking to it. And the manager who just replies to the comments and doesn?t do anything about this, please learn to either fire employees or find some better ones since this looks like a reoccurring thing due to previous reviews
Went here on Sunday for a ?quick bite to eat? there were four young men working and all seemed lost. It seemed as if they were only focusing on to-go orders. After 30 minutes of waiting I approached the counter and the two closest to me would not make eye contact. Never once acknowledged me standing there. I finally said excuse me we?ve been waiting 30 minutes for our food. No one looked up nor was I ever acknowledged. So we left. Never got our food, got so frustrated and left. The place was a mess and the young men were clearly struggling to keep up yet there was no clear signs of ?management? anywhere.
I've been to numerous Firehouse locations over the years and I've been to this one a few times. I'm usually really happy with the service sandwich, but this location was subpar. The young man taking my order didn't seem at all interested to be there and disappeared after taking my order. Maybe he was sick, or maybe he was on some medications, but he wasn't at all interested in being there. The two people who made my sandwich did a good job, but the sandwich was mediocre at best. I'm disappointed with this location.
These are the best subs I've ever had! There's not too much bread—just plenty of delicious fillings. I ordered a half sub, but it felt like it should be a full size. Centerville needs more places like this. It's important to invest in jobs here, especially considering the city's history during the Civil War. Minnie Pearl would be proud. Let's keep the community thriving!

Ordered hot subs to go. It was put in the container rather than just wrapped up. So, it was in good shape and kept somehow warm even after we come back home. Meat was very juicy and tasty. Medium sandwich alone was enough for my meal without any chips or addition.

I've eaten in some of these restaurants, that's the worst. You are so slow, and please don't try to call in a pickup order. No one will ever answer. The workers look like they just don't want to be there. Good luck!!!!
Did you think I could convince my husband to visit? Not the way we wanted to celebrate his birthday. While the food is good, the service is abysmal. Avoid this place if you're on a tight schedule.

For the first time, gluten-free bread... AMAZING! So glad they have this option. I thought I'd never eat a sandwich again. Most GF bread is hard and hard... this is soft and tasty.
