I called to inform the store that although my receipt read correctly, there was still mustard on the sandwich, and needed it remade. I ordered online to avoid waiting as long as in person order usually takes. Showed up to get my order, place was empty and no staff in sight, I started to yell hello, when reluctantly someone came out from the back. I said I placed an online order, tohis reply was to call another staff memeber from the back. Who then proceeded to tell me it was on the pick up shelf (I alreadylooked, no orders where there) then he grabs a ticket to find it was my order. A third person, female, comes out from the backand they start making my order. No apology or any thing said to me. At that moment, a third person, a woman, came out and proceeded to prepare my order. Throughout this entire experience, no one offered an apology or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I was very disappointed, especially since I was trying to bring dinner home to my family after a long day at work. The staff seemed lazy and unprofessional. While the food itself is decent, I’m not sure I’ll return. As an added detail, there is even a sign on the front door that announces when you enter, which seems quite unnecessary.

After a long evening of shopping, I found myself in need of a meal. It was close to closing time—just an hour left. We placed our order, and the staff efficiently took care of us. However, it was clear that they were a bit frustrated to be interrupted from their conversation, likely eager to wrap up their shift. Nonetheless, the food came out quickly and turned out to be quite good.
The food was good and I think it was worth the price. I usually don't get full from just one sub at other places, but I was satisfied at this place. It was my first time in a Firehouse so I got a sub that I wanted to try, but their daily special is a good deal if you wanted to go a little cheaper.
Firehouse is usually expensive. I tipped $2 in the jar then asked for crackers with the chili I ordered. The cashier acknowledged my request then didn’t put crackers in the bag….
Got a sandwich to go it was really quick got home and no meat or cheese on the sub. But they remembered the pickle I didn't want. Tried to call them no one picked up.

Waiting for 45 minutes for a sandwich while being the only customer in the store. Employees look like they aren't even trying they are moving extremely slow.
Amazing sandwiches and great service! Can't wait to order more from them! Also the bags are cat approved so bonus points! XD
