I?ve only been to a few firehouse?s in my life and never had a bad experience. This place needs some help. The cashier was rude and kept getting flustered with anything that happened and kept saying ?I can?t do this? (I can't take this). One of the guys making the sandwiches seemed to not know how to make it and kept asking the others and kept asking the customer who order their sandwich. She started getting on to him telling him to just read the paper and stop asking people. Then as she was taking someone?s order she started coughing up a lung. I mean I?m not all covid crazy but she was coughing a lot and the customers and employees were all side glancing her and each other. I got the sandw...

I'm in this store regularly and have not experienced the negative staff issues some people have posted here. My guess, given they're people with only one post and call out a manger by name, is they're disgruntled former employees. The food and service here is always great. As a matter of fact I'm headed there now from Ensley as opposed to going to either one of the 9 Mile locations.

I came in last night and was so happy with my service, it was professional, prompt and the quality of the food was excellent. The rep that made my food, Audra was the name on her tag, was great and provided me with a great experience. I will for sure be back and I will make sure I always use this location. I enjoyed my food so much, yall keep up the good work.

The team is putting in a lot of effort, and they truly deserve recognition for their hard work. The store manager is consistently professional and remarkably respectful. One of my favorite dishes is the Brisket and Cheddar Sandwich; it’s perfect for satisfying your hunger, especially if you happen to have a medical marijuana card. Reserva una mesa ahora

The staff here is truly dedicated and deserves a lot of praise for their efforts. The Store Manager consistently maintains a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Bought three subs. Asked for extra barbecue sauce on one and got no sauce. Was asked if I wanted pickles on the side and said yes but got no pickles. For 30.00 it should have been made right. The cashier was nice.
