Nice break from I-95. The young man who took our mission was a little unprofessional. He could see that we came with 4 children in tow and every time my wife said part of the order, he asked if he would complete your order with a tone that would sound like he would try to move them faster than if they were not fast enough for him - and that irritated me a little. The more appropriate answer is what I can get for you or what else you like. The food was good. There were some sanitary problems that were small. It will be 3 stars for me, but the mask sign on the window brightened my day and smoothed over my irritation with the young man and added two more!

Simply go through i95 and decided to go on hot subs for lunch. Could not order online due to an error where only 1 type of sub would show, could either not call (random problem at my end it appeared). But the staff was friendly and familiar with their food at the order, got my order right, the staff seemed good to work together and in good spirit. Parking was limited and next to Starbucks drive thru line around the building makes it worse (divided small 3 storage strips mall). But found 1 point left so it worked today. If I lived nearby, I would park there, walk nearby or drive a friend and drop me while they circle the building.

An online order was quickly fixed this afternoon during the lunch break. I was very grateful that they fixed my mistake by making a bottom plate on the fly!

Order online, pay online, pick up. We love it. We also like Firehouse Subs to return to the first respondents. Great food. We'll be back.
