Firehouse Subs - Reserva de mesa

I found my Philly cheese steak sub to be quite dry. The meat was tough and hard, leaving much to be desired. The onions were barely noticeable, and there were no condiments added. My mom ordered the chicken steak sub, but unfortunately, the chicken didn't taste good either. This will definitely be my first and last visit. I suggest the restaurant take some time to explore what a good sub should be like, as this experience was disappointing.

When I first discovered this restaurant I was so excited and impressed but as times went on the person that makes the sandwiches really began to slack and although the manager attempted to make everything right the food was horrible I'm definitely gonna give them a break for a while because although the food was re made it was absolutely horrible ended up throwing it away A once satisfied customer now a dissatisfied customerExtremely sad

Very light sub. Italian sub. Not sure how they are still in business. Very small amount of meat. 6 sub,bag of chips,sm lemonade $14 keep going. The automatic pop machine sprayed me with cherry juice. Stained my shirt and pants. I asked for them to help me out with a cheap dry cleaning bill. They refuse to call me back. I emailed a complaint and no reply back. Evergreen Park location on Western Ave.

Horrible experience: I went there at 7:23pm to place an order. Someone had just picked up an order before me. The male employee at the register said that they are not taking any more orders. I asked when they close. He said 8pm but that they start closing 30-40 minutes early.That made no sense to me. Either put up a sign on the door or post a change of hours. I joined cousins subs reward program recently and got a coupon for a free birthday sub. I ordered my club sub with everything and hot peppers. The sandwich was ready at the designated time and pick up was easy. The ingredients were fresh, and the sub was put together well, but it had absolutely no flavor. Maybe next time, I will try one of the hot subs.

I got a broccoli soup and cheese curds to go. They were fast and convenient. The cheese curds were delicious and the sauce was good but the broccoli soup wasn't the best. This is a good little spot for some fast food.

Absolutely filthy establishment! The quality is subpar, and the flavors are disappointing. It feels like many of the positive reviews are not genuine. Stay away from this place!

Food was awful dry sandwich facility was very unclean poor service do not go. He will be disappointing.
