Firehouse Subs Arlington Crossing

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The young girl at the register was rude and treated me as if I were an annoyance. She didn't greet me or show any friendliness, and her expression seemed frustrated, as if my presence bothered her. I simply acknowledged that my order was accepted and thanked her, but she didn't respond at all. I can't help but wonder who trains these staff members. Additionally, the sub I ordered was lacking in ingredients. I won't be returning.

The staff was noticably good. In every way. Seriously. Don't take them for granted. They could make any old Cook Out or any similar type special. Have you ever been to a horrible Cook Out vs a really good one? The difference is in the people. It's the invaluable time of good people that make a business great. It's what not only what maximizes profit, but sustains a scales a business. I hope the brass recognizes the value they have here

Firehouse saved the day at 830 pm on a Sunday night. We were smoking a roast and it hit a hard stall so I ordered delivery from a different restaurant. Food was delivered no contact, opened the door and immediately could tell it wasn’t our food. We received one meal when there is three of us. I then ordered firehouse and went to pick it up. Subs were fresh, delicious and what I ordered. Thank you for feeding us!

Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. I was trying to order food for the surgery residents on call tonight at the hospital and since we’ve been busy I finally got a chance to call 20 minutes before Firehouse closes. Apparently they can’t make subs that late so the woman on the phone hung up on me. Will be taking our sub orders to Jersey Mikes. Thanks Reserva una mesa ahora

young short girl in register was rudely treated me like we bark in hs or something. has not said hi. had an annoyed robot look on her face as if I was annoying. I just tipped that my order was accepted, said thank you, and she said no single word. who trains these children now? subeckt strange had hardly anything in it. not back.

My first time eating a Firehouse Sub by recommendation of my wonderful Son who bought me lunch. Excellent food quality and great service. I will surely be a patron of Firehouse Subs in the future!

Great sandwiches, but a little slow at times and seating is limited. Often have to take out instead of eating in because of the lack of available seating in the restaurant.Food: 5/5
