Firehouse Subs Bloomingdale

I want to tell you how much I appreciate Travonda! She went beyond and beyond today for me and my family. I couldn't come in and eat my family and I. When I called her, she was more than happy to get me in the car. I called up because it was STORMING! She answered and called me with name and asked if I was here, I explained I was out about 10 minutes and offered to cancel so that she would not have to come out. She didn't say anything. See you. When I arrived, she came out with a smile! Thanks to TRAVONDA!!!

The staff here is great! I frequent here quite often because I’m addicted to their philly cheesesteak. Ms. Bonnie and Matt are THE BEST- they’re always friendly and super helpful, there have been plenty of days that I came in feeling kind of down and just with their smile and genuine conversation I leave uplifted. Definitely try this firehouse if you’ve never been you’ll leave full and happy!

Closes earlier than listed hours. 20-30 minutes. I understand they want to go home. I really, I work hard too, but I don't close customers 30 minutes before closing. I don't ignore them when they ask. Maybe they pay more than peanuts so that the job is not such a negative experience. And for heaven's sake, if you want to close 30 minutes earlier, change your hours and stop orders.

The staff is always friendly and pleasant, and tonight was no different. One of my daughters noticed a slightly dusty fire cap on display in the cooler. I initially thought it was just for show, but without hesitation, they handed it to us. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure their customers have a wonderful dining experience! Great employees! Brandon gave us a helping hand the other day on his way home from work. We were setting up for a memorial service the following day and he was a big help. I stopped by to give him a thank you card and he was working hard!

I've gone to this place for about a decade, it was great before. since 2021 it closes mgmt early, has not sweet tee until midday clearly cares not about its sustainableness. I've lost him to eat somewhere else.

Absolutely the best sandwiches I’ve ever had—better than Subway and even better than Publix! The bread is incredibly fresh and reflects their commitment to quality. The service is also fantastic!
