I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for Travonda! She truly went above and beyond for my family and me today. Since I was unable to go inside to pick up our food, I called, and she was more than willing to bring it out to my car, especially since it was pouring rain! When I called, she answered and greeted me by name, asking if I was already there. I explained that I was still about ten minutes away and offered to cancel my order so she wouldn't have to come outside. Her response was a firm "absolutely not. I'll see you when you arrive." When I finally got there, she came out with a big smile! Thank you so much, Travonda!

I visited to redeem my free birthday sub, but my experience was not great. The staff seemed disorganized and were more focused on the cartoon playing on the TV than on serving customers. I wasn't asked about my sandwich preferences at all; instead, I was simply called when it was ready. While I appreciated that the sub was free, I could have chosen another place. Typically, any other sub shop would inquire about what toppings I'd like before making the sandwich. What if I had allergies to some of the ingredients they included?

The restaurant closes earlier than the hours advertised, about 20-30 minutes ahead of schedule. I understand that the staff wants to go home, and I can relate since I work hard too. However, locking customers out half an hour before closing time isn't right, and ignoring inquiries from potential patrons is unprofessional. If they paid their employees more, perhaps the job wouldn't feel like such a burden. For everyone's sake, if they plan to shut down early, they should update their hours and stop accepting orders.

I want to tell you how much I appreciate Travonda! She went beyond and beyond today for me and my family. I couldn't come in and eat my family and I. When I called her, she was more than happy to get me in the car. I called up because it was STORMING! She answered and called me with name and asked if I was here, I explained I was out about 10 minutes and offered to cancel so that she would not have to come out. She didn't say anything. See you. I went to the restaurant on my birthday, and the experience was disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed and were more focused on watching cartoons on TV than attending to customers. When my sandwich was ready, they just called my name without asking what I wanted on it. Sure, the meal was free, but I could have gone somewhere else where they actually ask what you want on your sandwich before making it. I could have had an allergy to something they put in it.

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic! I visit quite frequently because I’m hooked on their Philly cheesesteak. Ms. Bonnie and Matt are absolutely wonderful—always friendly and incredibly helpful. There have been many days when I've come in feeling a bit down, but thanks to their smiles and genuine conversations, I leave feeling uplifted. If you haven't tried this firehouse yet, definitely give it a visit; you'll leave both full and happy!

I will never return to this restaurant. We've had several disappointing experiences, but this one was the worst. They promised to apply a credit for a previous order, and I had the receipt to prove it. The manager supposedly had our name on file, but they refused to honor the credit. The place often has an unpleasant smoky odor, and the service is incredibly slow. Overall, it’s not worth the time or money.

Closes earlier than listed hours. 20-30 minutes. I understand they want to go home. I really, I work hard too, but I don't close customers 30 minutes before closing. I don't ignore them when they ask. Maybe they pay more than peanuts so that the job is not such a negative experience. I've went to this location for about a decade, it used to be awesome. since 2021 it's mgmt closes early, doesn't have sweet tea by mid afternoon clearly doesn't care about its sustainability.. I have lost faith choose dining elsewhere. It's a shame
