Firehouse Subs Canal Blvd

Stopped by for a quick take out meal yesterday. There were around 6 employees in the building, most of whom were involved in loud personal conversations and horseplay. Cashier was rude and appeared incredibly bored/annoyed to take my order. Dining area and drink station were filthy. I asked one employee a question and she responded that she had no idea what these people were doing . Eventually the one young man that was actually doing his job while all the other employees were being completely unprofessional had my sandwich ready, which was extremely tiny, definitely not worth the $7+ paid for my meal. This was my first and last visit to Firehouse in Thibodaux, Jimmy John 's will be my go to...

The sandwiches are great and even better when I have a coupon! Thanks for sending those out. It's always smokey in the restaurant though. Wish they would have better ventilation. But otherwise, it's always a great place for delicious sandwiches.
