Firehouse Subs Charles Pointe

This is how my salad arrived. Now normally their salads are incredibe and its a full bowl. And the dressing comes on the side. Well this arrived like this, clearly someone was not having a good day. Its like a handful IF that of shreded lettuce, a few shredded cheese shavings, onion, peppers, and to top it off tomato which the person this was for, has a pretty bad allergy too. Ohhh and then the massive amount of oil, Italian dressing and what looks to be water that was out in top to drowned out the sad salad. Weve eaten there a total of 13-15 times and probably 8 times we have had a similar issue. The staff there are free either really friendly or they act like you coming in there irritates their entire soul.

loaded potato soup was broth and a FEW hard potatoes. my tuna sub was mostly lettuce. very disappointing.
