Normally the food is always exceptional. No difference this time. However, there has been an issue with this locations recent manager. She discusses politics and business information at almost megaphone loudness levels. I should not know as a customer trying to have a quiet lunch, how you feel about the franchise owner making their teenage daughter a gm. Hello, just wanted the company to know, since there is no easy way to contact them, I will do it on goggle review. I went to the firehouse sub on Clinton hwy, Calahan Rd today at 8:45pm and some kid name TJ was handling all kinds of bad language, cursing and even after others told him they had a customer, he said he didn't care and it wasn't just having a bad day, we all have those. He came out into the store and was just goofing off, playing and bulling the others, he surely has attitude issues and it needs to be delt with ASAP. Don't waste your time or money. Very little meat on the sandwiches. My steak and cheese was more or less a pepper and onion sandwich. My wife's steamer was equally disappointing. Staff is there for the social aspect, NOT customer service. I see alot of other negative reviews here and seems nothing has changed. Complaints very similar to mine. Obviously, the owner does not care. We will not be back. EVER. Also, the auto generated response that everyone gets, shows the lack of caring by anyone involved with this buisness.
