Firehouse Subs Columbia Pointe

I didn't even want to give a star. Today was my first time to try Firehouse Sub. I walked in and the woman behind the countertop didn't even look up or said hi. Then another woman came with boxes and looked at me directly and said no word yet looked at me as if you had to move. I said this is the norm for the employees to be rude. Customers are the reason why you both have a job and I got out. I'll never go back to a fire house that don't ride for experience that ruins me. If someone asks, I will give my experience and say if you want to be treated badly, then go. Nothing good will ever talk about this company.

I had two separate orders yesterday My second order was a medium Italian sub with a chip and medium drink. I came back to work with my food and my tomatoes were bad and very muddy I didn't know until I started eating it and I became sick later in the evening. Better do Firehouse.

It used to be my favorite place to eat. My stay today doesn't say Mayo. Both prices of bread were covered with Mayo. I couldn't even scrape it off. I tried. While I tried to scratch the Mayo, I found a hair in the flesh. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but that was rough.

Ordered $800 catering the day before. What a mess. Only 1/3 of the order was ready and waited over two hours later. I wouldn't recommend them for large catering orders. You really messed my day. But nice guys.

last week we came and the drink machine spayed all over my wife and kid. the employees did not care at all. i came today and i get 2 inches of bread on each end with no meat
