I love the idea of Firehouse Subs who donate first respondents. The sandwiches are much better quality meat and bread than subway or Jersey Mikes. That is, the service and the attitude of these minimum wage workers is terrible. This is the second time we have our order home and there were no pickles. That really upset me. I called the store to ask if pickles should come with the sandwiches or if you should ask them. I was well told about the boy with the attitude, you should come with them. I told him we didn't get ours, and that was the second time that this was happy. His apology was that it could happen if we were ready to close. It was 7:15!!! The store should be open until 9:00. I need...
During a recent visit, I tried one of their most popular sandwiches, the Hook and Ladder, opting for the small size and making it a combo with chips and a drink. I really enjoyed the flavor of the sandwich, and I also had their Cherry Limeade, which was quite tasty. It wasn’t too crowded for a Saturday afternoon, and the service was both quick and attentive.
Aside from the whole ?Torro? situation in the spelling of this store location, it was a delight to eat here. Somehow they were the fastest Firehouse subs I?ve ever been to, and I?ve been to like probably over 8 different locations across the country. Ourservers were also nice, which is unusual at any restaurant in California.

Hard for me to give 5 stars, first time too!. I got the Italian and my father got the firehouse sub, I ate half and he ate half and we switched. I would go with the Italian delicious. The sauce they have sweet and spicy sauce just smacks. Coming from a sandwich enthusiasts I give is a nein out of nein.
Charming little sandwich shop and the cheese brisket sandwich was good. The staff was quick to make the sandwich and it was well presented. Though I wish they would pack more meat in it as I felt like it was a more bread to meat ratio. I'll come again to try another sandwich next time around.
had the 2 piece size it settled nicely. didn't feel like i ate a brick like some sub places. it was so delicious; the bbq sauce was perfect... saved the mac and cheese for later; also delicious reheated! I will definitely visit again... soon
I ordered two servings of mac and cheese, but my experience was quite disappointing. My order was incomplete, and I attempted to call multiple times, but no one picked up. The staff was rather unfriendly as well.

Better than subway, togo's etc. Good cause and good sandwiches. A bit expensive, but worth every penny. Always satisfied with the food. I like the hook and ladder or engineer
