Firehouse Subs Goodlettsville

The service at this location has gone downhill over the past 6 months. I have been eating at Firehouse at this location for 10+ years. Food is still pretty good, but certainly not worth the price anymore. The overall customer service at this particular location is not as good as it used to be, and there has been a major difference in the past 6 months or so. I used to eat here at least once per week, now it is more like once a month or so. I think I am going to move my business to another location, and if that does not improve things, stop eating Firehouse at all. Service has gone downhill at this location since COVID-19. Nobody greets you when you walk in anymore, and there are only 6 tables with chairs inside. There is an additional table outside, but that's weather dependent. The people working with long hair don't put it up properly and I have found hair in my food. It's been 2 years since COVID. It's time to put the places to sit back down and put the hot sauce back out. At least train your staff to be friendly again.

I appreciate the ability to order a healthier meal with a fast turnaround time, and firehouse never disappointed. the staff at the location goodlettsville were always polite and go beyond and beyond to offer qualitatiw high quality service. their consistency to deliver my order quickly and correctly will be the reason why I always stop here vs the usual fast food options in the opposite when I am in a hurry. thank you for everything!

We love, love, love the subs at Firehouse! Quick, courteous service and fresh subs. The only complaint is there isn't enough seating for their lunch/dinner crowds. Most tables are for 2, so many folks move the tables to accommodate their families.

Place is a joke. Spent almost me entire lunch break trying to get my order and it wasn’t that busy. Tried to call ahead of time and place my order and of course nobody answered the phone. Never come back again!

I ordered a small New York Steamer and a meatball sub and they were both delicious. In fact, the meatball sub was the best I have ever had!
