The atmosphere and food are great, but the workers at this location made for a really bad experience. 3 people standing behind the counter laughing and talking, and one in the back room on his phone, all ignoring the 4 customers standing right in front of them. Then the cashier had an attitude. Not worth going to again.

Got in to town late and this was the only place open near the hotel we stayed at. Staff was preparing to close but still took our order without hesitation. They were very nice and friendly and the sandwiches were awesome. Thank you again to the staff for your amazing service!

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat before entering into Great Smoky Mountains National Park but hit a busy lunch time. Multiple issues with order but remedied with apologies. Salad and soup was ok, nothing great, but it did the job

Good place to grab a quick bite of lunch or dinner. A lot better than subway. Only problem is the lack of seasoning. They don't have any real sugar either. But extremely clean and very friendly staff. Highly recommend

The food was good just needed a little seasoning. The staff was very nice and the whole place was clean. Great place for a quick bite.
