It is unfortunate that this location has been going down. The last straw was this past month. The staff was rude and argues with you about nothing, they seem miserable helping you. The sandwiches are sloppy and incorrect. The owner did not apologize just whined and whined, guess you can see why their staff is rude and inept. It takes time out of your day to write a review, however paying good money for rudeness and incompetence is not ever acceptable.

We went here today and the manager with purple hair was so controlling and rude to her employees that I am surprised that you have any employees at all because of her. She did all the micromanages and if I worked there, I would stop.

Everyone is very nice there. The three girls were super sweet today. Had a slider and my Gf had the Italian. Both were excellent. Prices seem to be out of control everywhere. What can we do about it? Good experience as a whole.

There were 5 employees, but only two employees and another customer. The two works ignored my presence in the registers for 5 minutes before my order. They were acting like I was worried about her.

Very good subs. Since I was there, I never had bad services or a bad sandwich. Thank you. I think the engineer on wheat is the best sandwich they have.
