Firehouse Subs Merritt Island

So I took a position at this location as the training store manager. They didn’t train just through me in but I got it fast. The owners son was using his hands with no gloves to eat the meat right in front of customers. The white guy with long hair does food prep with no hair net nor gloves on. The same person is very racist was making racist jokes was mistreating almost every black customer that came in. When I brought it up to the store manager (Nick) he laughed at me and said he wasn’t. First time at Firehouse and will be the last. The Italian sub was tasty but the bun was way too thick. And the price was 25% more than the same sub at the biggest Sub chain. Don't like the closed prep table concept And staff was not very friendly

Everytime I go in or order from Uber eats, they mess up my order. I have never once had to not go back in and tell them that it wasn't what I ordered. When I get it delivered I should not have to deconstruct my sub to have it the way I ordered. Reserva una mesa ahora
