The young man that answered the phone when I called to place my order actually picked up the phone and then began complaining about having to take a call-in order, while the phone was close enough to pick up what he was saying. That should have been my first sign not to order. After arriving just after 8:15 p.m., the staff were complaining out loud about how they were ready to go but had so many orders left; they close at 9 p.m. They even went as far as discouraging other customers from placing orders, over-emphasizing that there would be a 25-plus minute wait every time someone came through the door. Extremely rude staff, they should clock out 8:30 instead of the closing time that says 9 o’clock. I walked in and proceeded to order 2 sandwiches, the person on the SSP station was continuously rolling his eyes while I was placing my order with my 1 year old son. I told him I guess you’re not in the mood to make any sandwiches and he said no he wasn’t and that we close in 20 minutes. I wish 0 stars was an option. A lot of my friends go to this location and I’ll inform them not to go back anymore. If you don’t want to do your job, then clock out and go home.

I always love Firehouse subs. The employee were quite nice, and the food came out relatively quickly. There was clean tables, and it was a nice experience. I've come here a number of times on lunch, and I'm honestly never disappointed. I highly recommend.

I was there at 11:15 am on 01/04/22 and the doors were locked. The sign on the door said they opened at 10:30am. Im giving 4 stars because I like the food, but upset that they were not open.

Had a delicious hook and ladder, my name begins with a C, so it was on the house. I had to buy one for my wife, but mine was sweeter.
