Firehouse Subs Murfreesboro

I got a medium Engineer and it was the worst sandwich I've had. Not sure how you can mess up a sandwich, but they managed to do so. The mushrooms on my sandwich were STRAIGHT OUT OF A CAN. The sub was supposed to be a hot sub... it seemed more like it had been left in a hot car than toasted. Barely any meat, no flavor at all. It was comparable to getting a sandwich from a vending machine. I can't imagine a more generic sad version of this sub. Never again.

There was hardly any sauce, the meatballs were very dry and had no flavor. It tasted like what I would think rubber would taste like. Oh and apparently they weren't happy that i was there as soon as they opened, especially because one of them was eating in the dine in. I guess Customers should stay outside and wait when one of the workers is enjoying a free breakfast.

Order taker with purple hair simply was afraid to touch the computer screen to enter the order correctly, asked my wife 3 times, and still got it wrong, yes I did the survey no I won't use the free drink code! If he can't take order correctly and is afraid of touching things maybe he need a different job some place else

All good, would just like to see more emphasis put on employee tip jar. I am retired and appreciate all firefighters, but the people behind the counter need more management recognition. (no, I know no one who works here)...great food, great service, reward your employees please...... Reserva una mesa ahora

Incredibly good service for what is essentially a fast food restaurant. I never leave reviews but I was genuinely impressed.
