Firehouse Subs Red Bug

I would never come to this fire house subs again I’ll just drive to the furthest one the girls and they’re extremely unprofessional they were just talking the whole time messed up my sandwich the first time the second time they put a very small amount of meat on the sandwich and they’re trying to charge me $14 I would rather go to Publix better quality to pay that ridiculous amount of money and they don’t even put any meat on the sandwich girls were just talking and joking around the whole time I sat in there for 25 minutes when I was the only person waiting for food I hope they move money and go out of business

While I was in line waiting for my sub I heard a white employee called a black employee Queen latifah and she looked very distraught, on another occasion I came back and after I had just purchased my food and I was walking out I heard one of the white employees say it was funny that a white cartoon character saying the word N r on a TV show... Absolutely garbage place to eat.

This was the least friendliest Firehouse subs shop I have been to. No greetings for the customer's. No thank you at any time. My steamer had very little meat. I will not visit this location again.

Firehouse is my favorite sandwich shop. First time at this location ordered online for pickup. Sandwich was as ordered and ready on time. Will be going back and update this review as needed
