I have been in this year about a half dozen times. Never nothing to bad other then slow. But this Sat. June the 10. Was a sandwich nightmare. The order had a very slight request, but the 3 sandwiches came out totally wrong. The so called team leader, Brandon was immature and not professional. He made the problems worst. His first step should have been to ask the customer what was wrong. Instead we was ignored and the meals was done wrong again. He yell back at the line crew Quote. (I'm getting to much information). My last visit was very disappointing. I ordered online, paid, and got confirmation. I received a call from an employee stating that the toaster was broken. She said, we can do the sandwich, but the bread won 't be toasted. I told her ok and headed to pick up my order. I arrived, and they acted as if I didn 't have an order. The employee said our toaster is broken, so we can 't give you what you ordered, I was told they didn 't have the sandwich that I paid for, so I had to pick something else. I quickly picked something else and waited an additional 25 minutes for my rapid pick-up order. Terrible experience and no price adjustment after I paid for something that I couldn 't get.

Mixed Review here.To start, my turkey sandwich was amazing. Crisp bread, grilled onions and peppers and extra meat. Fabulous sandwich.The disappointing part was my wife who ordered a veggie sandwich got no cheese on her sandwich. They just left it off. That’s like leaving turkey off of a turkey sandwich. Very disappointing. Kind of tough to fill up without any protein.

The food was excellent. However, there were a few girls behind the counter who were not in uniform, chatting loudly and giggling. To make matters worse, those same girls came out and began discussing how dirty the ice machine was, while we were sitting right next to the drink station. It felt very unprofessional. There were 7 people standing around when I walked in and my sandwiches that I ordered in the app 15 min before weren’t even done when I walked in to pick it up. Also no one was in there the store was empty. Instead of standing around talking they need to be working on orders I shouldn’t have had to wait.

Any other sandwich place is a better option. This is the worst firehouse subs I've ever encountered. 8 people behind the counter and it takes 20 minutes to make a sandwich incorrectly. The remake took even longer. Rude, unhelpful staff.

The food was excellent, but the service was a bit slow. I had a hard time getting the cashier to understand my order. The dining area is quite small, and it was a bit smoky on the day I visited.

I always receive my sandwich without a pickle, no matter what. The tomatoes aren’t fresh, and there’s hardly any lettuce—it's like they’re scraping together whatever they have left to make it. Reserva una mesa ahora
