Firehouse Subs Saunooke Village

I wish I could leave no stars. How you ring my order up twice and it is still not right? The whole purpose was for you to and the extra items on the receipt! Then the manager was rude and acts like he has NEVER seen a person who looks like me! The person at the register didn’t greet me at all and when I asked for my receipt he acted as if I was asking for a kidney from him. Then the girl who was fixing my food had an attitude when I asked if the sandwiches were marked to know the difference. I’m not sure who you guys have me confused with but as soon as Tuesday comes I’m on the phone with corporate. Find something safe to do but you can’t play with me.

Cashier was friendly and attentive. Drink station was clean. Offerings of soda were a bit more sparse than I've grown used to from the Coca-cola Freestyle machines, but no less than a classic drink station would offer. Food was excellently assembled and packaged. No system directing the formation of a line though. The line that formed while I was visiting blocked the area where food was served, and if it formed in another direction, it would have blocked the drink station. Perhaps this location isn't accustomed to having long lines.

Ordering was the best part, friendly and quick. However food took forever to fix with not too many customers. Out of 3 or 4 employees present, only one was preparing subs, and she acted like she didn't want to be there. Never smiled or said anything even after being thanked with a smile. $16 Sub had minimal toppings and it wasn't that great. Recommend go somewhere else.
