Firehouse Subs St. Cloud

I like Firehouse subs. But today's visit wasn't what I expected and left hungry. I agree with some of the other reviews, don't order through Uber pickup. I placed my order then was notified that it was ready. I went during my lunch break expecting to pickup my order. I walk in wasn't greeted, wasn't acknowledged. They were busy filling other orders and I waited over 10 min forsome help. Nothing. I cancelled my order through Uber because it was taking too long. Please don't tell me an order is ready forpickup drive there then have to wait. Won't be ordering from this location again.

Tiffany is one of the best service providers i have seen. She welcomed everyone into the store. She welcomed each of the oncoming shift employees as well. She brought napkins to the table and even offered to refill my drink for me. She called the customer by name when she spoke to them. Tiffany is very courteous and respectful. Ordered 2 big sandwiches $25 extra salad. When I came home, there was no salad. Tiffany is very rude. She shouldn't be manager of any business. Never again. My favorite restaurant is the Kissimmee fire department store. Very clean and the manager is EXCELLENT?

What can I say about Firehouse Subs that isn't already widely known? Great portions, awesome flavor, great service and if you didn't have a reason already... A really good reason to take a nap
