The service was slow, and the sub lacked flavor. I would say it doesn’t quite measure up to Jersey Mike's and is more on par with Subway. Personally, I find it slightly better than Subway, but it doesn’t deliver the same bold flavors as Jersey Mike's, especially with their freshly sliced meats prepared right in front of you! I plan to return to try a different sandwich, which might change my opinion. For now, I'd give it a solid 3 stars. I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but it seems to have gone downhill since the pandemic. When I visited yesterday, November 20, 2022, around 2:00 PM, I noticed something concerning. A manager was training a new employee, but unfortunately, the manager was quite condescending towards her, speaking down to her in front of customers and being rude to us as well. This behavior is completely unacceptable in any workplace or public setting. The trainee, however, remained gracious and handled the situation maturely, but she certainly doesn’t deserve such treatment. It's truly disheartening to witness. I think that manager really needs to reconsider their role in this establishment.

This type of treatment is unacceptable in any workplace or public setting. The new employee seemed very polite and handled the situation well, but she certainly didn’t deserve that kind of treatment. I've visited this location many times, and I've never been disappointed. The cashier was very friendly and made sure the kids received their fire helmets while they placed their orders. Our food came out quickly, accurately, and it was delicious! My niece, who had never been to one of your restaurants before, took a bite of her sandwich and exclaimed, "Wow, this is an amazing sandwich!" The cashier was quite quiet, and I didn't receive the soup or ranch dressing I had requested. I had to go back inside to pick them up, which was manageable but somewhat frustrating. Additionally, the wait time was pretty long—about 10 minutes for just two small sandwiches. Overall, the food is definitely worth it, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who isn't fond of waiting.
I placed an online order and was promised it would be ready by 1:20 PM. However, the sandwiches weren’t finished until after that time. I was missing a big Italian sandwich while waiting for everything, and now no one is answering the phone or responding. I spent $14 and made a 15-minute round trip, and my entire lunch break was wasted without even getting to eat.
