I had the worst experience at Firehouse. My order was improperly prepared and looked like it had been thrown together. The bread was all broken and served cold when it should have been hot. They didn't follow my instructions and I didn't receive the items I was charged extra for. When I called the store to report the issue, the shift lead was rude and hung up on me before I could finish my complaint. When I called back to request a refund to my card for the sub, she told me I had to come in, even though I hadn't needed to come in to pay for the order in the first place! Customer service training for the shift lead should definitely be a requirement!

bad experience I ever had in the firehouse. my order was not properly prepared and looks like it was just thrown together. brot was all broken and it was cold when it was hot. they did not follow instructions or gave me the items for which I was calculated extra. when I called the load to report the problem, the wiring got bad and hung up the phone before I finished with my complaint. when I called back to ask her to reimburse only my card for the sub, she said that I had to come if I didn't have to come to pay for the order! customer service training from a switching line should be a request!

I ordered to go, it took nearly 30 minutes to get my food. My sandwich was forgotten and I was handed the wrong sub. There was only one person was in front of me, I get that there are also online orders but it shouldn?t take 30 minutes to get food. I workEMS and it?s hard to find time to eat as it is. Once the situation was fixed I got my sandwich promptly within 2 minutes.Unfortunately this isn?t the first time it?s taken and extended period of time to get my order. Other than the long wait thestaff is kind and the restaurant is clean.

He waited 45 minutes for a mobile order, only to see the staff prioritizing customers who placed their orders in person. It's frustrating to see that the mobile app doesn't seem to mean much in this situation. I also noticed that the employees behind the counter were not very effective in managing orders. The staff here is incredibly friendly, and the Hook and Ladder sub was absolutely delicious. We just learned that Firehouse Subs donates a portion of your purchase to provide life-saving equipment for first responders, which I think is really impressive. This location has definitely made it to the top of our must-visit list this summer!

Waited 45 minutes for a mobile order they kept pushing it backwards on the line to help customers who just ordered why have a mobile app then. Canceled watched why the employees behind the counter took selfies unreal. Food is good but so unorganized. Nomanagement whatsoever!!!

This restaurant struggles to follow basic instructions. Does that look like just a light amount of banana peppers to you? There are actually more on my sandwich than expected. This happened on October 16th at 3:25 PM with the crew working at that time.

The staff seems unable to follow simple instructions. Is that illuminated bananenpfeffer on my sandwich? I asked for less. The crew was working on October 16 at 3:25 PM.
