Firehouse Subs Timonium Crossing

I've never been respected by a restaurant worker like I was tonight. I'm a Uber Driver and came here to pick up a delivery order. I have no control when I get offers. I arrived at Firehouse Subs and the door was unlocked, so I went in. I didn't even get the chance to get in when a worker informed me that we closed 6 minutes ago, dog and asked if I had already paid. I told her it was a Uber folder. She asked well why are you 6 minutes too late? I answered and said I just received the order and asked quietly if I could pick up the order. A simple yes or no question, you might think so. Then she said you want to give me some tips? At this point I was not mad at the unnecessary confrontational attitude and disrespect. If she had said I'm sorry we were closed, that could have been. I will not return here for future deliveries or for my own patronage, as I do not find that I am spoken and disregarded with a good experience in a business.

Just waited at least ten minutes to order my food, then another 38 MINUTES after I paid for my order to get the two sandwiches I ordered. RIDICULOUS! When I mentioned how long I had waited when I was handed over my food, I got a suffering and a carpet. Most likely 't will ever get back to this place, employees have one I could not take care less about you or my hiring job. Very disappointed. Food was good, service was absolutely terrible.

Very tiny serving sizes for an expensive price. I'd call it the new subway, but subway gives a way larger portion. Harley curved my hunger, go somewhere else

Cool little place. It was my first time they could explain what and what I could get. The beef and the Cheddar breeze ordered and it was pretty good.

Your workers are extremely disrespectful. I've never eaten here before, but I can guarantee that I would never try again.
