I came in and ordered at 6:47pm… it is now 7:20pm and I am still waiting for my TWO sandwiches!!!Update: I didn’t leave until 7:35pm!!!I ordered a large tuna salad sandwich w/ light mayo and light mustard, all the veggies a pickle and I ordered a large turkey bacon ranch no mayo, no onion, sub Swiss for the cheddar, ranch on the side on gluten free bread.After I paid and waited for what felt like an extraordinary long time, I looked at the receipt to see the time of order. Great sandwiches, always tasty! Kaylee, the manager here is fabulous. The team and people are always pleasant and work hard and well together whether the place is slammed and busy or just a few are in for a later lunch. Yesterday we ordered in the restaurant for take out and when we got home we noticed a few errors in our order and the sandwiches. I called in to make the manager aware, just so they could know there might be some training issues. I spoke with Kaylee and she was attentive and wanted to make it right by us on our next visit, despite my call coming in during a busy lunch service. the worst firehouse has expired. they all looked like they hated her. the energy you came in was as bad as the smell. I ordered a steak and got a bratbeef that was warm. I threw it away after a bite, because I'm pretty sure it would have given me food poisoning if I ate it. I'll never go back to this place and I doubt I'm going out of mine to find another one. the sun chips were good.

a terrible service. 4 young teenagers working around while the people are waiting for there. one of the children was in there while they got free stuff. it must be a manager for adult who keeps these children under control. I won't go back until I'm 2 sandwiches long.

I never had a bad sandwich here. far better than subway. brot is fresh and crunchy. tons meat and a huge library of drinks to choose from. it takes longer to get their order as a subway, but every second worth. Food: 5/5
