The very first time I had the pizza here was a GrubHub delivery back in early April of this year and I loved it. Loved it so much that 3 weeks later I took my wife kids the next time around. We were in the mood for dine-in pizza only to discover that they are a cozy lil carry-out venue despite showing a dining pic for the location on the Google address. It was all good, though and we ended up ordering a couple of pies to go and a dessert pizza. We love this place! Venueis clean, prices are reasonable, food is yummy and customer service reigns supreme. Firenza is one of a kind in IL and I hope they expand more locations. For some, it might be just another MOD, Blaze or Pie Five clone but there's somethingspecial about this taste that has me wanting to run back for more. I DO love trying new restaurants and pizza is definitely on that list.
Discovered this gem last night. Super friendly service and delicious food. They were busy, but working quickly and efficiently. Had a nice conversation with Dietrich (sp? (the owner?s son, who I?m pretty sure is the manager before we left. He doesn?t know this, but I?d had a rough day, and his warm greeting when we arrived, along with his positive attitude and being a genuinely nice human being, really turned my day around! THANK YOU!
