first village coffee has joined forces with peaceful commissions bakery and has baked them on site! at the moment they have vegan baked goods available on Wednesdays and Fridays but are looking to expand them. the peaceful provision donuts are heaven on earth- especially when they have joined together with first village coffee offers! I still have to try the other baked goods - today there were three-layered brownies and pumpkin or cinnamon rolls. the coffee shop also has all kinds of milk-free milk to offer them for their drink of choice!
I stopped in during a trip back in October 2022, and to this day I still think about the experience. Not only were the coffee and cookie fresh and delicious (black coffee, dairy free cookie , but the atmosphere (music? VINYL?! was unique and welcoming. Most of all, I remember the warmth of the staff on that cool autumn morning. You know a place is good when you're still thinking about it 7 months later!
Super cute great staff, but DOES NOT HAVE WIFI! Other reviews are old. No wifi! I was traveling back from an event nearby and needed to do some work asap, so googled found this super cute cafe that says there’s wifi. FYI it’s super cute! The staff are lovely. Even had a tasty gluten free cookie. But folks mention great wifi … This is no longer the case. Can barely even get a signal inside :
I tried vegan a couple of years ago at eat drink to donate peaceful provisions and I was blown away! Once I found out they were sold in the first village, I immediately told all my local vegan friends lol. I'm always as impressed as tasty and easy the donut is. mostly donuts are not so soft the day after their production, but peaceful provisioning donuts remain soft and tasty.

very nice atmosphere and friendly staff, the service was very fast. I have a chocolate croissant and an americano, the croissant was extremely flaky on the outside and very soft and buttery on the inside. the americano was perfectly bitter with a good aroma. only the things that harassed me were a bit too fluffy and there were no serviettes in the sitting area on the back.
This is undoubtedly the best coffee shop in Westchester. The ambiance, quality of coffee, fresh pastries, and friendly staff make it our favorite spot. They offer a fantastic matcha in addition to their coffee selections. All pastries are baked fresh each day. There’s a charming seating area in the back, and the owner is welcoming and remembers regular customers.
Without a doubt, this is the best quality coffee in mid-northern Westchester, and perhaps even the entire lower Hudson Valley. They also offer a nice selection of vegan pastries and empanadas, which is a great addition. I do hope they bring back soy milk, as it pairs better with coffee flavors than oat or almond milk and is also more nutritionally dense.
Busy all the time. One of the best in Hudson. Friendly service. Both of Lattes were great. Recommended to get the special seat in the back balcony. First come first serve.Food: 5/5

Wonderful neighborhood coffee shop, super quality coffee, particularly the Cortado. Great pastries, too. And various local items for sale. We go there regularly.
