First Watch - Reservar una mesa

Took the advice of fellow Yelpers and gave this place a try on the way to the airport. We were NOT disappointed! I had the avocado toast. At first, I was a tad disappointed when my plate came out because the avocado was mashed not sliced BUT after my first bite I was blown away. The toast was a nice multigrain bread that added just the right amount of texture. That along with the mashed avocado was PERFECT. My son had smoked salmon frittata. We had to google what that was, turns out it was a fluffy omelet. It was LOADED with salmon! I also tried one of their fresh fruit drinks. The name escapes me but it was delicious. I do not normally buy drinks like this but it hit the spot with the meal....

Best thing we had was the Cranberry Crush. Food was at best average. My issue is the wait list. We arrived was told 1hr 40min. Name on list received initial text. We had no issues. 1 hr passes I call to get an update the gentleman says if you are here start walking to the front we should have something ready. Get there and the host is like nope another 40-50 min. We sit right outside at the bench. 15 minutes pass my husband walks in and they are just giving tables away. We are seated. By the time we receive our food I finally get the text saying our table is ready. I wish I was making it up and I wish we had a better experience however we didn't.

I enjoyed my outing to First Watch. There were a few people in the waiting area around 1 pm on a Monday. This was around a 15 minute wait. It was only me, so opted to sit at the table up front (as soon as you walk in). Service was pretty slow and I watched as a couple items ordered near me were sent back to the kitchen for being served cold. I ordered the works, but with chicken as the meat. It was delicious! As a matter of fact, when the food came back, it was all wonderful. Service was slow, but it was still good service. I'd definitely come back.

The food is very tasty, you can tell it is made to be very healthy. As a person who normally doesn't like this kind of food, it was actually really good. From the eggs, to the waffle and bacon, all very good food. It's not your normal breakfast for sure, but very good food for certain.

James and Cindy made my experience worth wild. They were kind and generous. This was my first time here and I will certainly be back. We came on a Friday waited about 10 minutes to be seated. It was packed but, we were able to be serviced in and out.
