We visit this superb restaurant at least twice a year on holiday and this time, another fine experience. The fish is so varied and fresh and beautifully cooked and the steaks always cooked to perfection. ( I like mine blue and it is always spot on). Apart from the inside restaurant which has white linen table cloths and fresh flowers on the table, a little outside dining area allows you to indulge in the summer weather, when it obliges, like England!The hosts always remember us, year after year, and we love their wine, fresh food, ambiance and so reasonably priced. This is a real joy to recommend but I would book ahead for a weekend (especially Sunday lunchtime.) Do not miss this treat!
Visited in the evening just after the carnival had ended. We were a group of about 20 adults and ordered a mixture of fish and meat dishes. 2 of our group started with the mushroom soup and said it was the best they had had. The main courses were large, well served and delicious. Special recommendation for the sole, the salmon & halibut combo and the lamb. The steak was also superb and cooked to order. An excellent meal with good friendly service.
I contact the restaurant found on my Navigator, but I didn't know it before.when we reach there, we found good reception, nice food, hospitality & very clean dining room.this rest. has 50% or less price from other fischHaus you may know, but with delicious dishes.I recommed this.. for a nice time.

Nice restaurant located in the shopping village behind the Amber hotel. Cordon blue, potatoes gratin, and spinach was delicious. Staff was pleasant and courteous, spoke English and the menu was in English as well. Cost was about 20€ per person.
