I called earlier as I am extremely disappointed with your establishment. Our last delivery last week was not to your usual standard as we had to wait longer than usual (when we called to see where it was we were advised you were waiting for drivers) and the portion sizes were not good. We let it go last week, however we have again used your business tonight and our portions again were unsatisfactory. I have no problem with your business increasing your prices, however you have reduced the portion sizes of everything, especially chips and this is not acceptable. it's always a little hit and miss when ordering delivery sites, but that was the best fishing and chips we had in a long time. we always order from here, but I dare to say that this was almost the same with fish and chips in hastings! we had 2 x medium-sized cod, cot and chips, a simple sausage, large chips and curry sauce it was hot, fresh and tasty! makes such a difference when they catch a fresh batch.

I ordered two small portions of chips for £5 at this restaurant on Friday, January 6th at 12:15pm. Unfortunately, one portion was old and recooked, making it inedible, while the other portion was freshly cooked. This was not the first time I have experienced issues with the food here, so I will not be returning. I had hoped to give them another chance, but sadly, the quality did not meet my expectations.

Ordered via Deliveroo. Very disappointed in the quality of the meals. The children’s fish bites contained a couple of flakes of hard fish covered in rubbery batter! The kids size cod was the same size as the adults and the quality of the fish was poor! Ordered cheesy chips, no cheese and the all portions of chips were anaemic, most went in the bin! Won’t bother again!

rarely find decent chips in ashford. I know that seems like a broad statement, but not a native to ashford, I have really noticed that the quality of the chips is bad here. but not here. beautiful chips, I also tried a burger from here, which was also very beautiful.

order always a family dinner when you visit my family in kennington, and eating is top notch, they are always happy to help and the service is excellent. also very generous portions.

same big fish and chips but go easy and check the new restaurant to eat them. that's worth it. also on a par with the pilot at dungeness
