Overall the food was nice. But I ordered online. Drive to collect. Drove home and the chips were missing. So by the time I drove back and home again my fish and prawns were cold. When I collected not so much a sorry. Was hard to even get someone’s attention. A portion of chips was basically thrown in a box and then at me without even asking is I wanted salt/vinegar and when I mentioned it he made it clear he was being inconvenienced.
Had many a meal from this store, but latest home delivery was a bit of a mixture, and not such a cheap one. Half roast chicken was very nice with plenty of meat, albeit a bit oily. But the chips were awful. Certainly not 'golden ' in fact so anemic they looked barely cooked and almost all of it went in the bin. Know this place can do better, but with the cost of everything now days, can 't afford to be throwing food away.
Great choice of the usual fish and chip shop staples plus whole or half roast chicken, southern fried and ribs. Not had a bad thing from here. Not the cheapest in the area but always satisfying.

Have the ribs .but get in early as they sell out.they should do more. Chips ok but a little tight.curry sauce good. Fish expensive and not large. Put there prices down and would be superb.
