Fish On Fire - Reserva de mesa

We have eaten at Fish on Fire and always been very satisfied with the service and quality of the food. However, we had lunch there today and the service was very off handed and it seemed we were intruders rather than customers who help pay staff wages. The food was a disaster. My wife ordered GF grilled orange roughy which arrived seriously overcooked and barely edible. I ordered a seafood platter and the result was about as bad as I would expect from a greasy roadside diner. It was obviously a bad day and there seemed to be no supervision of either kitchen or counter staff. When my meal was picked up only 20% eaten I was not even asked if it had been OK.

Visited this venue for lunch today with my mother. We had the cooked platter for two and thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. Staff were friendly and attentive. The platter was huge and the seafood fresh. Beer battered chips were spot on - crunchy on the outside and soft in the centre. Choice of salad was a nice touch - we went for the sun dried tomato pasta salad and weren't disappointed. Will certainly visit again next time I'm in Cleveland.

I would give it 5 stars, however I think the food quality has decreased....not sure if it's because there is a change in ownership or chefs. We usually order the seafood platters, and the scallops are divine! Love their seasoning and the restaurant has great seating inside and outside.

We were a large group of people yet the service & food were not compromised. The seafood platter for 2 was abundant, fresh & good value, we couldn't finish it there was so much food. Reserva una mesa ahora

Always a great place to go for a meal day or night. The staff are great and the food always yummy. Easy for children to relax and not really bother anyone as great outside seating.

The platter option was great, so much variety, fresh and worth of money. Salad was great too. We better drive here to get fish and chips than the local one.

Footpath and inside dining ... best at night when there is less traffic ... good variety of seafood and drinks also available

Lovely bacon and egg breakfast. Great evening meals. The Salmon is very tasty and we loved the fish and chips.
