CAUTION!!! First time here and last. BEWARE!!! DISHONEST!!! SCAM!!! UNTRUSTWORTHY!!! LIARS!!! CHEATERS!!! Our bill was $950 for 6 adults and 1 child. I did some calculations myself when it was time to pay and found that they added the in-house 12% gratuity after tax total which brings the total bill higher than it should. The 12% gratuity should be added before tax so I ended up paying $13 more for the gratuity. 12% before tax gratuity should have been $93 but the gratuity was $105 instead. THIS IS NOT RIGHT! I brought it up to the manager and he offered to return the difference but at this point I said forget it. I should have asked for a copy of the receipt to show it here. They don't even...

It was 6 of us and had dinner here on 8/29, and it was a bad experience, we ordered our 600 set dinner and It became 1000. The older lady Maître d was pushy and had a bad attitude from the beginning a piece of poop. She didn't even want to offer 6 cans of soda on a 1g dinner as there was 2 flies that landed on one of the dish. a second Maître d came and offer us some help by complimentary us half a chicken but opt for the soda instead. The king crab and lobster and fish were very fresh and tasty . The crab fried rice was bland. The preserved pork and sausage cook with califlower was a bit salty, but ok. The big pot of duck and herb soup was plenty and very good. We had left over to take home...

All those funny awkward reviews that you see about how they like to do their own pricing is true. Good thing I took heed. Thx for the heads up!However, I have to say the dimsum is good and that there are a couple dishes that are a bit different. Note! When you go for early dimsum cash price for 20%off as stated, when you do the math, it is clear that they are FALSE advertising. (In reality, it works out to be 18ish% . The tip that is added to your bill is in fact added AFTER the taxable total amount. There is a warning clearly stamped that advises you that you will get charged mandatory tip. Indeed they may provide any kind of service and will still reap To Insure Proper Service. In fairness...

Dishes are okay. A bit salty and starchy for my taste though. The price is HIGH for sure.My review is purely on their service. We had a server who had no interest in talking with us, nor serving us. When we ask for anything, he does NOT look happy. It feels like we are wasting his time. He never once checked how our food was, he rolled his eyes when we ask to heat up soup and told us he will just microwave it.The issue here is, they are not working for more tips! The tips aka service fee (12%)is already added to the bill. This tip is added on top of tax. You have to pay for it.We ordered a meal bundle, $599, ended up paying $820ish. Tips were about $80.If there were any service, we wouldn 't...

We had a terrible experience at this place. To begin with, the cheap meal box available on the wall is for take out only. We didn’t know this until we sat at the table. Everything else on the menu was expensive and tasted so so vs. other Cantonese restaurants. They added the “mandatory” 13% tips to the bill, which we cannot change. We didn’t bring cash. Like other cheap Chinese restaurant, they don’t take credit cards. So we decided to pay using debit card. At the checkout, the server said since you ordered daily special, you have to pay cash. And there is a RBC ATM at the mall. I guess they told this million times to other guests who don’t have cash? And why don’t you say in the beginning whe...

They have Dim Sum at 20% discount for cash payment before 11:am. The prices have increased almost double from $5.30 (S) to $10.30 (XXL). Tea charge is $2.50/pax. They also automatically includes tip of 13.3% 15%. Food prices have increased and service/cost were probably incorporated into the pricing. This tipping practice should be more transparent, clear and upfront. GTA areas should stop this practice of tipping and move towards more sustainable self serve Food Courts. To satisfy my hungry, I could easily eat BBQ meats on rice for only $9.00 Remember, Dim Sum is more of a light breakfast/snack food that should not cost more than a hour of minimum wage. Seafood will also be a toxic food to e...

Private dinner banquet in the VIP room. Comfortable decor, tables, and seats. Excellent services. Outstanding food. The best is the roasted sucking pig, crispy skin, and tender juicy meat. This is the best I have encountered so far.
