Fishies On Vienna - Reserva de mesa

I'm relatively new to Capalaba so have no idea where all the good places are. So I like to Google search and read reviews. This place came up with some really good reviews so we thought we'd give it a go. So glad we did cause they are the best fish and chips I've had in a long time. Fish was so fresh and cooked perfectly. Batter was delicious. Battered mussels were amazing and the home-made potato scallops were perfect. Even my partner who's a bit of a foodie gave it his approval. This will be our new local from now on. Definitely worth the extra drive

Very happy with the food we got from Fishies last night. The battered flake and crumbed barra where a hit. My son an avid fisherman said it was the freshiest tasting fish he has had at a take away. The chips were good. The potato scallops good but I personally like more batter. A little disappointed with the bacon and egg burger. Did not like the bun and had too much beetroot on it so could not taste anything else. On the positive it had a lot of bacon

One of the best around! Only down side is the the long wait, but that would be because of how busy it usually is. But beautiful food!
